Where is InnoTech Houston taking place?

What does InnoTech Attendee Registration give me access to?

InnoTech General Registration gives you access to all of the InnoTech Conference sessions, keynotes, exhibits and vendor seminars.

InnoTech General Registration does not include the ShareCloud Summit or Women in Tech Summit. Each requires separate registration and payment.

 

If I am registered for the Women in Tech Summit or ShareCloud Summit, do I need to register for InnoTech also?


No, your registration for the above event INCLUDES InnoTech.

 

What are the times of the InnoTech Conference sessions?


There are numerous high quality educational sessions throughout the day. Click here for a current list of conference sessions & times.

 

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?


Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll be sent a reminder/confirmation email a few days before the event which includes your unique barcode. To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, located outside 600 series rooms - mezzanine level, where you will quickly receive your badge.

 

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?

Attendee Registration is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm on November 6, 2018. To make your registration experience quick and easy, pre-register online and bring your confirmation with you (on your device works great!). Badges are printed quickly on-site.

All participants (attendees, exhibitors and speakers) are required to have an official event badge to attend.

 

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?


All attendees, exhibitors and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech.

 

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?


Yes, you can; however, please call 503-570-6295 or email us to do so.
The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

 

What if I can’t attend after I’ve registered?


Registrations are non-refundable; however, are transferrable to an eligible participant.  Please contact InnoTech registration at 503-570-6295 at least 24 hours prior to the event start date to transfer your registration to someone else.

 

Is there a group discount policy?


Yes. To receive a group discount all registrants must be from the same company/organization.

3 to 5 registrants                15% discount
6 to 9 registrants                20% discount
10 to 15 registrants            25% discount
16 or more registrants        30% discount

Are students allowed to attend?


Sorry, InnoTech is a professional trade event and attendance is limited to qualified IT professionals over the age of 18.

Where/how do exhibitors check in?

 

To save time and stress, we ask all exhibitors working the booth to register prior to  October 15. Exhibitor registration includes access to all General InnoTech conference sessions, keynotes, and vendor presentations. Please note, special events require separate registration and payment. To register, login to this site with the information that was sent to you via email.

 

To make your registration experience quick and easy, pre-register online and bring your confirmation with you (on your device works great!). Badges are printed quickly on-site. All participants are required to have an official event badge to attend.

 

Exhibitors can check in during exhibitor move in.

 

When is exhibitor move in?

 

You can move in your booth items on November 5 from 2pm to 6pm and November 6 from 7am to 8:15am.

 

What are the exhibit hours?


The InnoTech exhibits are open on November 6 from 8:45am to 4pm.

 

When is exhibitor move out?

 

Load out is on November 6 from 4pm-6pm. You may begin to dismantle your booths at 4pm and not before. Early dismantle may cause safety issues for attendees and other exhibitors.  Move-out must be complete by 6pm that evening.

 

Where can I find exhibitor information on my booth, shipping, AV, electric, internet, etc?

 

Please reference our Exhibitor Services Kit for details. Please place any needed orders by Tuesday, October 16.
